This policy explains which personal data Worvo processes through this website, why, and what rights you have. We keep processing deliberately minimal.

Currently we only process your email address, and only when you sign up for the waitlist yourself. When you visit the site, our hosting provider also processes technical data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, page requested) to deliver and secure the website.
We use your email address for one purpose: to let you know when Worvo is available. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), confirmed via double opt-in. Technical server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To manage the waitlist and send emails we use MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, based in the EU). To host the website we use Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). Both process data on our behalf as processors. We do not sell your data.
As our hosting provider Netlify is based in the USA, data may be transferred to the USA. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
This page uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The MailerLite sign-up form may set a technically necessary cookie so the form works. If we later add analytics, we will update this policy and request your consent where required.
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or the purpose no longer applies. After that we delete it.
You can unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of every email. For other rights: hello@worvo.eu. Our lead supervisory authority is the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens; you may also contact your local authority.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The date above shows the current version.
This is an honest, concise description of what we do now. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before launching paid services and user accounts, when further processing (payment, accounts) will be added.
